Muscat: The Military Technological College (MTC) organized orientation week activities today for the 14th batch of students for the academic year 2026/2027. This cohort includes General Education Diploma students from the Higher Education Admission Center program and applicants enrolled through training and educational programs. These programs are coordinated with the Ministry of Labour to provide the Ministry of Defence, the Sultan's Armed Forces, and various security and civil entities with qualified national technical competencies.

According to Oman News Agency, the orientation week featured visual presentations detailing the academic stages and learning resources available at the college. Additionally, the program included a series of lectures aimed at preparing the new students for their journey at MTC. Brigadier Ahmed Khalfan Al Hadidi, Dean of the Military Technological College, addressed the students, highlighting the significance of this phase in their education and their integration into this esteemed military and scientific institution.
