Muscat: Muscat Stock Exchange (MSX) general index (30) today gained 35.9 points, comprising a rise by 0.82% to close at 4397.25 points, compared to the last session, which stood at 4361.33 points.

According to Oman News Agency, the trading value today stood at RO 5,724,532, comprising an increase by 49.6%, compared to the last session, which stood at RO 3,827,084. The report released by MSX pointed out that the market value went up by 0.339% to reach about RO 27.69 billion.

The report added that the value of shares bought by non-Omani investors reached RO 355,000, comprising 6.20%. The value of shares sold by non-Omani investors reached RO 1,395,000, comprising 24.37%. The net non-Omani investment decreased by 18.17% to RO 1,040,000.
