Muscat: The Muscat Stock Exchange "MSX 30" index today closed at 7,466.53 points, marking an increase of 34.9 points, or 0.49 percent, from the previous session's close of 7,431.63 points.

According to Oman News Agency, the trading value stood at RO 50,748,629, noting a decrease of 4.3 percent from RO 53,051,752 recorded in the last session. The market capitalization saw a slight rise of 0.242 percent from the previous trading day, reaching approximately RO 38.08 billion.

Non-Omani investors made purchases amounting to RO 6.572 million, which represented 12.95 percent of the total trading value, while their sales amounted to RO 5.693 million, or 11.22 percent. As a result, the net non-Omani investment increased by RO 878 thousand, or 1.73 percent.
