Muscat: Muscat Stock Exchange (MSX) general index (30) today gained 26.3 points, comprising a rise by 0.59% to close at 4497.48 points, compared to the last session, which stood at 4471.13 points.

According to Oman News Agency, the trading value today stood at RO 10,145,032, comprising a rise by 0.7%, compared to the last session, which stood at RO 10,072,092. The report released by MSX pointed out that the market value went up by 0.299% to reach about RO 27.74 billion.

The report added that the value of shares bought by non-Omani investors reached RO 2,069,000, comprising 20.40%. The value of shares sold by non-Omani investors reached RO 2,049,000, comprising 20.20%. The net non-Omani investment rose by 0.20% to RO 20,000.
