Kigali: His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik has sent a written message to President Paul Kagame of the Republic of Rwanda, pertaining to the bilateral relations between the two friendly nations. The message was handed over by Nasra Salim Al Hashmi, Ambassador of the Sultanate of Oman to the Republic of Rwanda, when President Kagame received her at the Rwandan capital, Kigali.

According to Oman News Agency, the communication reflects the ongoing dialogue and cooperation between Oman and Rwanda.
