His Majesty conveyed his sentiments to President Putin, wishing him success in leading the Russian people towards achieving their aspirations of progress and prosperity. Furthermore, His Majesty expressed his hope for the continued development and growth of bilateral relations between Oman and Russia.

According to Oman News Agency, His Majesty Sultan Haitham also sent a cable of greetings to President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. of the Republic of the Philippines. In his message, His Majesty extended his sincere sentiments and best wishes to President Marcos and the people of the Philippines. His Majesty praised the existing cooperation and friendship between the two nations and expressed his desire to further strengthen these ties.
