Muscat: His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik has extended a cable of greetings to President Myriam Spiteri Debono of the Republic of Malta on the occasion of Malta's Independence Anniversary.

According to Oman News Agency, His Majesty expressed his wishes for Malta to achieve further progress in all areas. Additionally, he expressed hope for the continued growth and progress of the relations of friendship and cooperation between Oman and Malta.
