Muscat: His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik has sent a cable of condolences to President Mohammed Shahabuddin of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh on the death of Khaleda Zia, former Prime Minister of Bangladesh.

According to Oman News Agency, in the cable, His Majesty the Sultan expressed his heartfelt sympathies to President Mohammed, the family of the deceased and the people of Bangladesh.
