Muscat: HH Sayyid Bilarab bin Haitham Al Said, Minister of State and Governor of Muscat, presided over a ceremony today to honour the top General Education Diploma (GED) students in the Muscat Governorate for the 2025/2026 academic year. The event, orchestrated by the Governorate of Muscat, highlighted the accomplishments of students who excelled in their studies.
According to Oman News Agency, HH Sayyid Bilarab addressed the gathering, recognizing the students' hard work and perseverance. He remarked, "We celebrate an outstanding group of General Education Diploma graduates in the Muscat Governorate, and we celebrate the result of their efforts, determination, and persistence. Today, they are honoured in appreciation for the effort and dedication they have shown."
