Masirah:A ceremony took place in the Wilayat of Masirah, South A'Sharqiyah Governorate, marking the commencement of an integrated tourism and commercial investment project valued at RO 5.775 million. The project spans an area of 60,000 square meters.

According to Oman News Agency, the event was officiated by Dr. Yahya bin Badr Al Maawali, Governor of South A'Sharqiyah.

The development, undertaken by United Real Estate Company, aims to be a prime destination offering a blend of accommodation, shopping, entertainment, and general services. It is designed to leverage the natural, heritage, and cultural resources of the wilayat.
