Muscat: Rear Admiral Marcelo Lazzilotti, Commander of Combined Task Force 151 (CTF-151), along with his accompanying military delegation, visited the Maritime Security Centre today. He was received upon arrival by Commodore Adil Hamoud Al Busaidi, Head of the Maritime Security Centre.

According to Oman News Agency, during the visit, the guest and his accompanying delegation were briefed on the roles of the Maritime Security Centre and its efforts in maintaining the security and safety of the environment and navigation in the maritime areas of the Sultanate of Oman.

They also toured the Centre’s facilities and viewed its modern technologies and systems.
