Bait al falaj: Maj. Gen Hamad bin Ahmed Sakroon, Chairman of the Academy for Strategic and Defense Studies, received today at his office in Bait Al Falaj Camp a delegation from the Mubarak Al Abdullah Joint Command and Staff College of the State of Kuwait. During the meeting, both sides discussed a number of matters of mutual interest, particularly in the academic fields.

According to Oman News Agency, the occasion was attended by a number of senior officers from the Academy for Strategic and Defense Studies. The delegation from the Kuwait Command and Staff College also visited the Joint Command and Staff College (JCSC) at the Academy for Strategic and Defense Studies. The delegation was received upon arrival at the college headquarters by Brigadier Mohammed bin Ahmed Al Mishaikhi, Commandant of the Joint Command and Staff College.

During the visit, the delegation watched a visual presentation on the JCSC and its training and educational programs. The delegation also toured the college’s facilities, sections, systems, and viewed its equipment.

The delegation also visited the Center for Strategic and Defense Studies at the Academy for Strategic and Defense Studies in Bait Al Falaj Camp. They were received upon arrival at the Centre’s headquarters by the Acting Head of the Centre. The delegation listened to a briefing on the roles and tasks undertaken by the Centre. They were also briefed on the most important activities and events in the fields the Center is concerned with.
