Al Suwaiq Industrial City Abuzz with Construction Works

Al suwaiq: Project site construction works are in full swing at Al Suwaiq Industrial City, with investors spearheading the launch of the industrial city deemed an attractive business destination in North Al Batinah Governorate. According to Oman News Agency, Munthir bin Ali Al Nasri, Acting Director General of Al Suwaiq Industrial City, stated that the industrial city has so far attracted investment projects worth more than RO 1.4 million. The total leased area has exceeded 80,000 square metres, bringing the cumulative total investment in the industrial city to over RO 2 million and the overall leased area to 90,000 square metres. The projects being established at Al Suwaiq Industrial City encompass a variety of sectors, including polyethylene production, industrial oil refining, bitumen polymer modification, and the manufacturing of ceramic tiles. Al Suwaiq Industrial City covers a total area of 12.2 million square metres. The first phase (1.3 million square metres) will be developed by the Public Establi shment for Industrial Estates (Madayn), marking a new milestone in the system of industrial cities in the Sultanate of Oman. Al Suwaiq Industrial City offers a wide range of investment opportunities, competitive incentives, and advanced infrastructure.
