Muscat, Air Vice- Marshal Matar bin Ali al-Obaidani, Commander of the Royal Air Force of Oman (RAFO), handed over at RAFO headquarters today training certificates to a number of air navigation instructors, and aviation engineers certificates, in addition to decorating of air navigation badges for the aeronautical engineers of the Royal Air Force of Oman.
The event was attended by a number of senior officers of the Royal Air Force of Oman.
