PRESIDENT PUTIN SIGNS DECREE ON RETALIATORY ECONOMIC MEASURES IN CONNECTION WITH ‘UNFRIENDLY ACTIONS’ OF FOREIGN STATES

The decree would mean any person or entity under Russian sanctions will no longer be able to trade within Russia, or “benefit” from exports.

A sanctions list will be created within 10 days.
