Muscat, The Ministry of Commerce and Industry called on innovators and entrepreneurs who have new creative ideas that contribute to the production of products of competitive value in the markets to take the initiative by registering them with the Ministry of Commerce and Industry in order to benefit from the Sultanate's accession to the Patent Cooperation Treaty (PCT). The Treaty contributes to the protection of innovations and considers them intangible assets to compete with in the Sultanate and foreign markets, which fall under the umbrella of this Treaty.
