Riyadh: The Sultanate of Oman, represented by the Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning, is currently participating in the Cityscape Global Exhibition 2024, which is being held until 14 November in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The event is one of the world’s largest real estate exhibitions, focusing on the Future of Living.
According to Oman News Agency, the exhibition features various stages where international creative minds gather, allowing individuals, companies, and exhibitors to connect with leading figures in investment, development, design, and innovation. Oman is presenting four major projects at the event: Sultan Haitham City, Al Khuwair Downtown and Waterfront Development Project, Oman Mountain Destination Project, and the integrated residential neighborhood projects.
Oman’s participation aims to showcase the investment opportunities available in future real estate projects, attract foreign capital and investments, and enhance partnerships and cooperation with global investors in the fields
of real estate, architecture, design, and urban planning. Additionally, Oman will engage in several dialogue sessions covering topics such as innovation, construction, prosperity, thriving cities, and community involvement in city planning.
