As part of strengthening the strategic partnership between the National Program for Fiscal Sustainability and Financial Sector Development ‘Estidamah’ and the U.S.-based State Street Corporation, a multilateral meeting will be held with international partners this Thursday, to discuss and explore investment opportunities across various sectors.
This meeting is part of the Memorandum of Understanding between the two sides aimed at innovating and developing Oman’s financial sector and enhancing collaboration with investors and stakeholders.
Officials and specialists from the Ministry of Finance, Tax Authority, Oman Investment Authority, Central Bank of Oman, and Financial Services Authority, along with representatives from several Omani companies, will attend the meeting.
State Street will be represented by the CEO and Regional Office Director for Oman. Additionally, a group of entrepreneurs, investors, and investment fund managers will participate via video conference.

ts achieved in the financial sector and Estidamah’s plan for financial sector development, focusing on green financing and capital market initiatives. It will also highlight investment opportunities in developing the hydrogen, space sectors, and others.
The strategic partnership between the National Program ‘Estidamah’ and State Street will contribute to enhancing the financial sector’s competitiveness through sustainable green financing and human capital development. It will attract foreign investments to boost economic growth, promote innovative financial technology solutions, and provide joint training programs to equip national cadres with the necessary knowledge and skills.
