Mexico City, An Aeromexico passenger plane with 101
passengers on board crashed shortly after taking off from an airport in
northern Mexico on Tuesday evening without any reports of casualties.
There were reports that the plane had an emergency landing. The
Governor of Durango Jose Aispuro said that a storm of wind hit an
AM2431 flight, forcing the pilot to abort the takeoff.
“We have been affirmed that there are no casualties in the AM 2431
flight incident,” Mexican Gov. Jose Aispuro said early on Wednesday
via his Twitter account.
There was no official information on the number of casualties,
although Melnio reported a total of 80 people.
