Medical City for Military and Security Services Establishes Partnership with University of Ottawa.

Muscat: Eng. Uday Hilal Al Maawali, Head of the Medical City for Military and Security Services, welcomed Chadi Asaad, Associate Director of Partnerships, Development and Innovation at the University of Ottawa, Canada, to discuss potential collaborations in the medical and healthcare fields.

According to Oman News Agency, the visit culminated in the signing of a memorandum of understanding (MoU) between the Medical City for Military and Security Services and the University of Ottawa. The MoU was formalized by Ahmed Musallam Al Rowas, Assistant to the Head of the Medical City for Military and Security Services for Administrative and Human Resources Affairs, and Chadi Asaad from the University of Ottawa.

The agreement aims to establish a general framework for collaboration in several key areas, notably enhancing cooperation and exchanging scientific information and expertise. This partnership will facilitate the exchange of specialized knowledge in healthcare, expand training opportunities, and improve the ef
ficiency of medical personnel. Additionally, it will involve organizing scientific forums and joint seminars designed to foster the exchange of advanced ideas and insights on the latest developments in health sector technologies and sciences.
