Sohar, Jusoor Foundation today organised a

media forum to introduce its RO 8 million worth social responsibility

projects implemented in the Governorate of North Al Batinah.

Sheikh Muhanna bin Saif al-Lamki, Governor of North Al

Batinah, Chairman of Jusoor, who patronised over the Forum, said that

Jusoor strategy focuses on implementing sustainable projects that

serve the public. The Foundation has already implemented several

health, education, sport, cultural and social projects that meet the

needs of the local communities.

He noted that efforts are on the anvil to add some major

companies operating in Sohar Free Zone to the Foundation, which will

help in increasing the number and value of projects implemented by

the Jusoor Foundation.

“Jusoor implemented about 33 projects worth of more than RO 8

million. He added that the cost of these projects were funded by Orpic,

Sohar Aluminum and Vale,’ added Fahd bin Salim al-Adi, CEO of

Jusoor.

Journalists visited some projects implemented by Jusoor

during which they were briefed on the facilities and services provided

by Jusoor projects.
