Baku: His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik has sent a written message to President Ilham Aliyev of the Republic of Azerbaijan, focusing on the bilateral relations between the two countries and their peoples, and the potential for their advancement across all spheres.

According to Oman News Agency, the message was delivered by Saif bin Rashid Al Jahwari, Ambassador of the Sultanate of Oman to the Republic of Turkey, who also serves as the Non-Resident Ambassador to the Republic of Azerbaijan. The meeting took place with Jeyhun Bayramov, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan, in Baku.

During the meeting, the Ambassador extended the greetings and sincere wishes of His Majesty the Sultan to President Ilham Aliyev, wishing him health and happiness, and the Azerbaijani people progress and prosperity.

Jeyhun Bayramov, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan, reciprocated by asking the Ambassador to convey President Aliyev's greetings to His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik, along with warm wishes for continued progress and prosperity for His Majesty and the Omani people.
