According to Oman News Agency, His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik also sent a cable of greetings to President Edgars Rinkevics of the Republic of Latvia. This gesture was in celebration of the Proclamation Day Anniversary of the Republic. In his message, the Sultan expressed his sincere sentiments and best wishes to President Rinkevics and the people of Latvia.
