Muscat, His Majesty Sultan Qaboos Bin Said has

sent a cable of congratulations to President Ismail Omar Guelleh of the

Republic of Djibouti on the occasion of his country’s Independence

Anniversary.

In his cable, His Majesty expressed his sincere congratulations

along with best wishes of good health and happiness to President

Guelleh and the brotherly people of Djibouti further progress and

prosperity.
