Riyadh, A meeting of the highest border authorities
between the Sultanate and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) was
held in Riyadh today.
The Omani side was chaired by Sayyid Hamoud bin Faisal al-Busaidi,
Minister of Interior, whilst the KSA side was chaired by Prince Abdulaziz
bin Saud bin Nayef al-Saud, KSA Minister of Interior.
The meeting was attended by Eng. Khalid bin Hilal al-Busaidi,
Undersecretary of the Ministry of Interior, Mohammed bin Yousef al-
Zarafi, Undersecretary of the Foreign Ministry for Administrative and
Financial Affairs, Maj-Gen Hamad bin Sulaiman al-Hatmi, Assistant
Inspector General of Police and Customs for Operations, Abdullah bin
Aqeel al-Ibrahim, Advisor at the Office of the Minister of State and
Governor of Dhofar, Sheikh Saif bin Himyar Al Malik al-Shehi, Governor
of A’Dhahirah, and a number of senior officials from the Ministry of
Defence, Ministry of Interior, Ministry of Legal Affairs and Royal Oman
Police.
