Munich, The G7 summit has officially began in the state of Bavaria, southern Germany today with the participation of heads of states and governments of the G7 countries.
The G7 includes the seven most powerful economic countries in the world namely Germany, the United States of America, France, Britain, Italy, Canada and Japan.
European Union Council President Charles Michel and European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen are also taking part in the summit.
India, Indonesia, South Africa, Senegal and Argentina were also invited in the summit, which will continue until next Tuesday.
