Hillah: Civil Defense teams were able to extinguish a large fire that broke out in Al-Mahawil Water Department, north of Hillah, early Wednesday morning.
Civil Defense Media Director Aqil Abdullah said, “The fire broke out in one of the department’s rooms and the Civil Defense teams prevented it from reaching the chlorine gas cylinders store.
He added that the police opened an investigation to determine the causes of the fire.”
