China Launches Six Sew Satellites to Space

Jiuquan, China, Today China launched six new satellites into space from the Jiuquan Satellite Launch Centre in northwest China.

The satellites serve several purposes such as testing various space technology and probing atmospheric density.

Among those, the Lijian-1 solid-propellant rocket was independently developed by the Chinese Academy of Sciences.

The new satellites entered into orbit successfully, the Xinhua News Agency reported.
